Erica in her own words.

Hello everyone,
I'm Erica, the new girl here. (Or at least that's my web psuedonym.) For a little bit of background on me for those who care:
I've been roleplaying on-line for a long time. Suffice it to say that my on-and-off affair with co-authoring started in IRC chat boards. =) I've only dabbled in the Marvel universe, although I love it. I'm just not well-educated in all the characters and intricate plotlines, so please forgive me a dumb question from time to time.
How did I get here? I mentioned not being able to find a good forum for writing - actual writing, not just people complaining about others not writing - and Penn, who I have played with for a couple of years over IM, suggested joining up.
So it's all his fault. =)
Seriously, though, I've read over a good portion of the story so far, and I'm impressed with the level of writing on this board. This will be a great new endeavor for me, as I'm not as familiar with the Marvel universe, so I'm picking up Wolfsbane as a fairly new addition to the X-Men. Since there are about 6-10 different versions of her story, hopefully this won't be too much license. And a huge thanks to Nessa for helping me to understand Rahne.
If anyone has any other questions, feel free to hit me up on a PM here - and I'll be happy to talk via YIM. (I just don't feel comfortable posting my YIM id here in an effort to avoid spam.)
In the meantime, I look forward to writing with all of you!
And what she does for you here at ND...
Erica maintains the Thread Map, which helps us keep track of all the storylines we've put our poor characters through. She is also a veritable fount of wisdom and poise and, unlike Penn, doesn't bite.
She does however carry a stupid stick and packs a mean swing...
Edit: Since this original post, Erica has taken on more adminly duties. She works with Penn and Virg to approve applications, assist with large plots, and keep the board running smoothly.
